Today, as the founder and CEO of Fencore, he leads a team committed to reshaping the data management industry through innovation and solutions that make data management easy in a complex world.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to redefine the future of buy-side financial data management.
Jin is an entrepreneur and technology advocate who previously exited a digital transformation business. His experiences in simplification of processes and creating value for clients are carried into Fencore's engagement strategies.
As COO he believes that people and technology working in tandem are the key to success in data management, and strives to nurture collaboration between Fencore, its partners, and client stakeholders.
Jin takes on a vital, multi-faceted role within Fencore, forming the glue between the different departments. His work spans across various business functions, including marketing, finance and HR but also covers research into upcoming trends within data management for the buy-side.
Thomas Eikrem has 25+ years experience in the investment management industry, managing change, business transformation and professional services teams.
Thomas spent 22 years with SimCorp and was for the majority of that time responsible for all professional services in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East as well as managing global programmes for some of the world’s largest asset managers, including ADIA, Nordea, Schroders, UBS and Barclays.
Subsequently he had global consulting roles for Pentagon Consulting and lastly at Citisoft, where he was the firm’s Managing Director for EMEA.
Thomas joined Fencore in 2023 to grow the footprint in EMEA and to help bring the company’s cloud-native data management solution to a market ridden with legacy technology.
