The data models and mappings from data sources in DataHub are entirely flexible and can be easily configured by your staff members, including attributes and values at every level of the product hierarchy.

Q: Is DataHub implemented with fixed fund hierarchies? How flexible is this?

No. You can define your own fund hierarchies flexibly. The system was designed with complex fund hierarchies in mind and does not impose limitations.

Q: Do you have workflows for producing KIDs/KIIDs?

Yes. We work with technology partners integrated with DataHub to provide workflows for producing the document types you require.

Q: How does your system handle data errors?

DataHub uses an extensible no-code rule library to enable data quality checks that produce alerts on any data issues. Alerts are managed via an intuitive data alerts dashboard that assists the user with resolving alerts.
